REFUNDS

Please note our online return policy differs from our in-store policy.
We would gladly exchange or refund all regular priced items within 14 days from purchase. 
We cannot accept refunds on gift cards, headwear, swimwear, jewelry, or sale items. These items are FINAL SALE. 
Items purchased online can be returned by mail or at our North Shore Girl location. To initiate returning merchandise you must email us at northshoregirl@mail.com to start the process. We do not accept returned merchandise that was not approved via email before hand. 
To be eligible for an exchange or refund we require a proof of purchase. Make sure all merchandise is unworn, unwashed, tags attached and in the original condition and packaging you received it. Any items with makeup, deodorant or in otherwise unsalable condition may not be eligible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your original bill. Exchanges may be subject to an additional shipping fee, paid by the customer. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items being lost or damaged durning transit.
